Special  Travel Assistance should be arranged with the airline or travel company no less than 48 hours prior to the day of departure. The passenger’s requirements will be forwarded to the airport and Special Travel Assistance from trained staff will be made available on the day of travel from the point of arrival. For any late assistance requirement the airport’s Passenger Services Department should be notified email: assistance@exeter-airport.co.ukor call 07896 168 326.

Great autism awareness, asked for special assistance. Nothing was to much trouble. Small busy airport, lovely lady sped us through security, security where great also. We were given the option to board first which we did…all in all a positive easy experience 10/10
